Ben Tish, executive chef of Salt Yard Group,famed for his cooking style and modern twist on Spanish/Italian tapas style cuisine, was at Taste of London. He was at Taste to give a master class on behalf of EU Food campaign 'Discover The Origin' and I went along to meet Ben and watch his creative cooking first hand.
Ben, has appeared on numerous cooking programmes in the UK on the Food Network including Ben Tish’s Spanish Christmas, Cooking Pork on Channel 4. He has also appeared on Market Kitchen, Saturday Kitchen, Drop Down Menu, Masterchef, and Radio 4's Food Programme.
Discover the Origin is a campaign financed with aid from the European Union, Italy, France and Portugal to promote five key European products: Bourgogne Wines, Parma Ham, Douro Wines, Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese and Port.
